This is the second year that members of the Rural Rembrandt Art Club have participated in this newly organized annual event sponsored by the Neshkoro Enhancement Committee. We have been priviledged to occupy the same area which is a parking lot between two main street buildings with protection from the sun and wind. There are 12 vendor spots allocated to this area and for the past two years our club has occupied 6 of them. Our goal is to fill the entire space next year.
Our club entered the Scarecrow Contest and Sue DeLain, Cath Exkart, Rachel Pavlic and myself, Audrey Bunchkowski created Ruthie R Rembrandt with contributions from all of the above. Below are some of the pictures. We are proud to have taken 2nd place among the Organization and Club entries and won $15 to be donated to the club Treasury.
Here's Cathy & Sue in Audrey's garage admiring their handiwork. Next is Ruthie waiting to be admired by all the visiters to the Festival.
